The Seggiano Aged Balsamic is thicker, sweeter and more aromatic than the Matured Balsamic, due to a longer aging period in wooden barrels where the vinegar naturally reduces. It has the dark colour, sweetness, texture and harmony of flavours, that distinguish it as a vinegar of authentic quality and provenance.
