A couple of tips direct from Seaweed HQ for a dreamy sleep…

A hot drink before bed is soothing for body and soul – if you’re not into tea, try cacao. It contains both serotonin and tryptophan, which promotes better sleep. Our raw cacao made with a milk of your choice and sweetened with SugaVida ensures no nighttime sugar spikes and can be enjoyed by the whole family, our mini Seaweeders love it! Our cacao and collagen made with hot water or as above is also a nourishing bedtime treat, with the added benefits of grass fed collagen.

Screens off! It is easier said than done, but often after just days of switching devices off a little earlier pre-bedtime, your mind and sleep quality will be better for it.
