Seaweed’s edamame and chilli oil fettuccine
Makes two – three servings:
Simply boil the fettuccine as per the instructions, add a generous glug of chilli oil and salt to your taste ….. easy peasy!
Plate up and enjoy as it, or add your choice of spinach, rocket, feta or vegan cheese – the options are endless!
