Our edamame and chilli oil fettuccine recipe is a simple and delicious feast, packing a fiery punch. It’s a great dish to rustle up after a day at the office, entertaining the troops and cracking on with life, we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Seaweed’s edamame and chilli oil fettuccine

Makes two – three servings:

Simply boil the fettuccine as per the instructions, add a generous glug of chilli oil and salt to your taste ….. easy peasy!

Plate up and enjoy as it, or add your choice of spinach, rocket, feta or vegan cheese – the options are endless!
